Hacking Ez 3 in 1 not working HELP

I flashed a rom to NOR a couple days ago onto my EZ 3in1 and now when i slot it into the slot 2 on my nds lite and turn it on it freezes at the health screen. But when i take it out of slot 2 the ds runs normally can i fix my ez flash by deleteing the nor somehow? or is it dead

you don't even bother to say what game you flashed to NOR. scroll down to the links and information section.

you can always just flash another game to the nor and find a list of games which require patches so u know if they need to be patched
