Hacking Extracting cIOS36 rev10

Hey, I'm trying to get the cIOS36 rev10 extracted as well as cIOS36 rev7 extracted so I can install them on IOS247 and IOS248, and I'm trying to learn how to do this.

I've done google searches and the closest I came to was this:

But I truly don't fully understand it.

What I am first trying to understand is what do I edit to make a wad install on a different IOS.

Knowing which file to edit and where would be very much appreciated.

Also, I know you can't use Waninkoko's WAD extractor because he felt his custom WAD was more important than being able to extract Wii Channels and promote piracy so I was wondering how I could use FSToolbox to extract that file.
