First of all, sorry if this isn't the right place to do this. However, I was curious if there was a way to get the sound when you click on a game, but when you still are in the main menu. For example, in mario kart wii, when you insert the disc and click on mario kart wii, theres a voice that shouts "Mario Kart Wii!" and then music starts playing. Is there a way to get that audio file from an iso or wbfs file? I know how to get the game muisic itself, but the menu sound doesn't seem to be in the same place. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, and sorry if my question wasn't clear. Just curious if there is a way to do it.

What you are looking is called the Animated banner (or Banner animation).
You didn't really tell what you want, just the animated banner, or extracting the file, or converting the file to .wav or mp3 ?

I think you should look in this guide : https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii-banner-creation-editing-guide.291151/
it will explain how to find/edit a banner and its content.
