Homebrew Extract Pokemon 3D models from romfs for editing on Ohana3DS

I basically want to play around 3D models from 3DS Pokemon games, aka ORAS and XY. I already have dumped my ROM from the cardtridged and I unpacked it on the computer, but I've no clue of which files contains the 3D Models and how to convert them into BCH (the extension Ohana3DS claims to work with).

I assume they're in the "a" folder, but that folder is just a mess of folders and extension-less files called 1, 2, 3 ... etc

Can someone provide me some useful info of how to achieve this?
