Hacking Extract GBA Saves?

I know that in some games, if you insert the correct gba game, then it unlocks some stuff in the nds game, so building on that idea would it be possible to extract real gba cart's saves from a slot-1 solution, to use on VBA/Other?

Any does anyone know if there is a list of those nds games, and their corrsopnding gba games?
