Hacking Extract GbA saves and upload?

Is there anything out there that would let me extract and load gba saves from my slot 1 card. i'm trying to take out pokemon saves and load them too.

I don't think so. I know it's possible with a Slot 2 flashcart, but I never heard of a Slot 1 prog that did it.

The program I mean is made by chrism, and it's for the GBA.
