Exam results.

    So, i'm getting my GCSE results tomorra, and they depend on wether I get into college (to do what i want, anyway) or not.

    Any other people here getting their results tomorra?

    I'm getting mine tomorrow too D:. So stressed right now I probably won't be able to sleep.

    GCSE's were easy. I wonder what there is to worry about.
    Wait till you do A-levels.

    Oh, and if anyone cares, I got a bunch of B's on mine.
    An A here or there but no C's.

    Ye, compared with A levels, GCSEs need no work at all.
    I started revision for each topic like 3 days before the exam and got 2 A*s, 2 B's and rest were A's.

    I'd be jealous if you weren't asian.
    What did you get for your Alevels anyway?

    But then again those aren't exactly "amazing" by asian standards >_>
    My A levels weren't great either lol, I didn't think A levels required work either and only really started to work at the start of the second year. I ended up with three B's.

    GCSE's were too easy. Did about 14 overall, got 5 A's and failed only 2 subjects (I consider a D grade as a fail) including French (pah! pah!).

    A levels are much harder... in the first year I got grades CCDE (but with more dedication I bumped up all my results to a B average [​IMG])

    I only did 1 a level, well I started doing as and weren't allowed to do the second year, I got an A in my Shakespeare coursework then I didn't read the book or poems, and ended up getting a C

    The coursework really helps alot depending on your knowledge and the amount of work. With media studies me and my work partner had to create a 5 minute documentary (something that we did with about 2 weeks left - I think we had about 3 months to do it in lol but I do think if we didn't mess around so much we would have been given a better grade, we just missed out on a B for that). I also had to do my own case study (on the perception of crime in the UK) which got me an A but it was nothing like my ICT coursework that was over 350 pages in total and got me JUST A C(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) for that part of the course.     I did video production instead of media studies, and ict, got bored of both and just stopped doing it

    A for Computing, B for maths and C for physics which kind of saddens me since I feel I underperformed at the exam.

    Wow. i'm feeling old.

    Also...i have no idea what GCSE's are. Is that because i'm a USR'er? Or is that something relatively new? (been out of highschool for 10 years now).
