Found this on the Nintendo Switch Sports Discord server. Creds to Wipeoutjack7 on there. It's a save edited file though so I'd be very careful trying to use it online.

I backuped my friends save file (with permission) from Nintendo Switch Sports because I saw someone was asking for one. It has everything unlocked up to pack 5 and some of 6. I'll update the thread when new packs come out.
