I switched from XP (used it for a month or two) to Linux (around 4 years) for a long time, until I got a new PC and switched to 10. I switched back to Windows because of the compatibility with programs that Linux can't offer due to it's developer-centered nature, rather than end-user.Except that you didn't want it at first. Some Lenovo computers apparently come with linux. Only ones I've seen, though.

And by the way, don't misinterpret what I said, I'm just saying most users didn't chose, not that Windows is bullsh*t, that's why I have it on 3 out of my 5 computers (the remaining two ones can't run it), exactly due to the compatibility problems you mention
(Though I have 8.1, so if I say "its bullsh*t", even most Windows users would agree with me lol).
I had one. And it was a stupid Linux I had to replace -.-
(It was a fork of Ubuntu that didn't support most updates or something like that...).
