Hacking EU Wii U, EU BOTW version 16, safe to update to EU version 33?

Hello.

I have the leaked BOTW version 16 and it works fine in Mocha CFW.

But it tries to update to version 33 when I start the game, so I removed my internet connection to prevent that from happening.

My question is: is it safe to update the game? Will it keep working after?

Please, no US talk in this thread like the other. I need an answer from an EU perspective only.

you need to download the update with wii u usb helper and install it with wup installer

Or buy the game, since it's been released today.
