Gaming eShop "Your Downloads" screen showing software with N/A?

Hi. I was going through a 3DS XL I bought used and because I wanted the Ambassador GBA games and didn't have a 3DS. I noticed on the screen in the eShop where you can view your titles you previously bought there were two tittles called N/A and they don't have a software info button or redownload button. Any ideas?

updates to games that got replaced with newer update

1.1 pokemon update it gone an show N/A on you list as is not in the shop anymore

anything that get removed from the eshop might show N/N on you Download list
