You can see in the video below but this appears to be a sort of rails 3d (not necessarily starfox but heading towards it) bullet hell game.

Since it's a tribute to the classics, the graphics and the music are completely loyal to the era, but the gameplay and the breakneck speed pose a challenge to all the impatient and confident modern gamers.

It is published by Qute it seems and aside from a couple of wonderswan color games in 2004 (which seem to command a fair price these days) have not published much of anything other than a few tools which is interesting.
