Are the ESA and people more worried about catching people downloading torrents or do they look for mediafire downloadeds too? I have already got in trouble for torrents but I want to keep downloading iPod apps off mediafire. Do you think they will catch me there?

If you don't want to be caught, you're better off using some sort of anonymiser or an all around better download solution
