ROM Hack Error when using CTPK tool

I'm trying to extract the pictures from Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 but I get this on the files only in the "CHGTEX" and "Card" folder. Help?

Update: When I replace D: with C: in the path with Hex Workshop, it extracts with a empty folder.
