ROM Hack ERROR GARC COMPILATION of NPCs in SUN and MOON

Hi there,

I'm working in a hack of Pokémon Sun and Moon and I don't know how to change the NPC textures of the game. I tried to replace the old ones for my own modified textures but it didn't work in the game. I succesfully changed the pokémon textures and the trainers in battles textures but I can't with the NPCs overworlds like Kukui or Lusamine, for example.

Is there someone who knows how to change that type of characters in Sun and Moon?

Are you making the hack for Citra or the console? Those edits are possible but only on Citra. NPC edits will crash the game on the 3ds/2ds.
