Hardware Error code 8002A10D...how to fix?

I never immagine come in this part of the forum, especialy since i don't get a single problem with the PS3 (unlike Wii U...poor thing) since the day i buy it. But ehy now im here with this code error: 80002A10D. I read in some forum and apperently is becouse i can't visualize the friend on my XMB...what!? I find some video for fix this problem but my portoguese is bad so i don't understand nothing on the video. I even try, first thing i do, search on the PS official site and simple give me the description of the code but not solution for fix the problem. So any solution to fix this?
