Hacking Error Code 202011 when trying to download Dr.Mario Friend Demo From Wii Shop Channel

OK... So I finally hacked a download assistant channel simply by changing it's ID to WDPE, and it successfully lead me to the Dr.Mario Friend Demo page in Wii Shop channel. However, everytime I try tp download, it tells me that transaction has failed and Error Code 202011.
However, the condition of DM Friend Demo in my account activity is 'Downloadable',meaning the transaction has actually succeeded.

If you already had the channel on your Wii, you need to uninstall it using either WAD Manager or AnyTitleDeleter, not the normal Wii channel remover from the menu.

It won't work,since removing the channel data by a homebrew also removes the ability to re-download the channel...
Guess I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle now
