If someone says they are going to do something its a fairly decent assumption that they might do it. Even if they don't in the end, it's still shitty that they even thought it would be a good idea.

If Donald Trump says he's going to kill all black people and then decides not to at the last minute that doesn't mean it was wrong to point out how stupid and shitty it was to even consider.

There aren't any because we don't try to control what people do with their console. It's why we don't ban piracy talk even if I find it personally distasteful. It's why we have around 20000 lifetime members on the discord and a ban list that's about 40 people. You really have to be a repeat offender. People don't get banned over mistakes, political opinions or because one of the mods is having a bad day.
