Hacking "Error 1234 Inquiry" with NeoGamma

I burned a Wii .iso file (Galaxy 2) to a Verbatim DVD-R at 4x speed with no programs running in the background. Whenever I try to play the game through NeoGamma R9 Beta 10 (with and without language changed to English), I get a message saying "Disc Err(1234) Inquiry".

Is there a problem with the burning process of which I am not aware?
