Hacking Error -106?

Everytime when I try to open Anyregion Chaner, it gives me the ret -106 error and say something about channefiles in sysconf.

I deleted my systemmenu, maybe that's the problem. My wiiremotes also won't connect. I have no nand backup.

Help?
