I don't know why is doing that. My internet works entirely great but for DLC related games & things, always a error.

It is related to the updates?

What's your system setup? Firmware, emunand, region? Should be info you share first whenever asking for helps.

I'm getting the same error. ReiNand with A9LH on 11.0.0. Anyone figure anything out?
