Hacking Error 002 on retail Wii Fit Plus

I get an error 002 on the retail, but if I boot up through neogamma, it works perfectly fine. any idea why this is?

Oops, guess I should probably mention a lil more. It was a 3.4U out of box, updated to 4.1, cios38rev14, patched ios 60, hermes 222 and priiloader.

if u update your ios's using xzxero's 4.2 update offline method I suspect it will also work via the disk channel

If you get 002 error with a retail disc on disc channel, you are either missing an IOS, or your changed something in preloader/priiloader you do not know what it is(which would be something ultra stupid!).
