Hacking err 1208 disc id

I am using neogamma r9 47 to try to boot my game but get the dvd err 1208 disc id error. I can use the same disc with configurable usb loader62 and choose the boot disc option and boot the game with it. What is going on do I not have the right ios patched? If it is a disc burn problem why does it work with cul62? Any advice would help. I been working all weekend try to figure this out.
