I've been stumbling across ereader games in a variety of fromats, and I was wondering if there's a way to turn them into something playable on a gameboy...without printing them out and scanning them, of course.

I've noticed a fair number in .bin format. Is there a way to combine them with the ereader rom and get something playable again?

well, it looks like the easiest way is to load the ereader rom with the game as savedata for it. works great in vba

but now I need a way to convert .sav files to m3 .dat save files. I really don't feel like downloading game manager again... I'll keep looking for a tool that works. If only some enterprising young pirate had simply packaged them in a pair, this would be so much easier.

all this to play that freaking airhocky-e game. curse it for being good.
