Epic have reasons for not wanting to use Unreal Engine 3 on the 3DS,but remember,it is a possibility,nintendo ain't so stupid as to not to pay a good price to Epic so they can use it on 3DS and the sucessor of the Wii,wouldn't you agree?

First of all, he did a good job on typing on english... the only thing is his sentence construction. On the other hand, he did break it down to paragraph, which is uncommon to people who post on forums.
Dude if you think your command on the english language is better than that guy or anyone who is not native to the english language, think again.

Epic does not understand one very important thing. Underpowered or not, the last console generation was STEAMROLLED by Nintendo consoles, and the Nintendo DS, which everyone believed will be a horrible flop in the beginning, did so doubly. IF they don't want to scale UE for the 3DS, it's not Nintendo's job to go bribe them to think otherwise. Once 3DS starts printing money, they'll do one of these two things: either they'll go back on their knees pleading for a 3DS devkit, or just talk their usual retarded bullshit how PIRACY KILLS THE 3DS HURF DURF (and lose crapload of money they would've made have they not been pathologically stupid).
Also, noone will cry about the lack of UE on the 3DS. So far MT Framework has been more scalable, resource-friendly and PC compatible (which is a damned joke considering UNREAL itself started on the PC)

Tegra 2 chip wasn't used as
1) It's used in several other products, and therefore has a possabilaty of slowing down product
2) There's far too much information about it. If the 3DS does get hacked, it would be a simpler process to hack the 3D Graphics
