The one and only Vitamin... If I remember the story right one of the devs (can't say which as I don't remember) gave copies of a beta build to a few friends to test and I've of them leaked it on Wololo of all places

I got a E-Mail from Henkaku too but I feared so I didn't installed but in there they said that the vpk is Console unique (they needed my AID ?)
