I tested my friends Vita, with fw 3.65 permanent enso installed from 3.60, i can confirm that indeed it signs in and you can download your games from the store and sync your trophies, just after you update the spoofing version and reboot the device.
My 3.60 fw Vita still won't pass the sign in screen. Guess i'll have to move on to 3.65 Enso.

have you removed your DNS settings/reverted back to normal? only thing i can think of at this point....

also have you tried the below? It's not Vitaupdateblocker that is installed on your Vita, it's a seperate program installed to the PC that allows you to connect to the PSN store without an update request:

I think i solved it with a reinstall of Henkaku.

0. Unlink Memory Card (i had done this the first day i applied henkaku)
Removed my memory card, inserted it in the other PSVita to save my files.

1. Format the memory card
2. Removed Permanent Enso
3. Wouldn't let me run henkaku.go.xyz cause the browser kept crashing so i restored the system.
4. Run Henkaku
5. Applied Enso

Now i can log in PSN like i am on latest firmware.
No clue at all what went wrong in the first place.
But Vinceherman was right that 3.60 cfw doesn't have a problem with logging in PSN.

Now i'm loading all my previous files.
I'll let you know if i'm off the hook.
