ROM Hack English Pokemon Heartgold on ds?

hey,
i know that heartgold/soulsilver was released in japan already and i know that it is comming out here (north america) in the spring of 2010.
but is there some way of being able to play an english version of it on an r4 ds.
I've heard of patches for different languages but i do not know how to patch something at all.

or this one. its a video tutorial on how to patch pokemon soul silver with Magnius's patch, the whole game is being translated, not just the menues and battles as Kazo. for now there is only a soul silver one out but he will make a heart gold patch too

you seem new, so i don't mind if you ask, even if it has been answered before. anyway, the two links above are Kazo's patch and Magnius' patch. if you use kazo's patch, most items and descriptions are english but very little dialogue from random people is translated. magnius' patch on the otherhand aims to translate all of the dialogue. however, item names, desciptions, title screen etc. are not as up to date as kazo's.

basically, use kazo's if you want important items and such translated and use magnius' patch if you are more interested in story and dialgue.
