How decide this problem? I download .cia Metroid FF, install it with FBI loader and it stuck on 3DS logo. Same story with Explorers and Bravely Second. Yo-kai watch EU works normal.

Try redownload from eshop. Go to the page of said game, un the bottom theres "repair software"

Tried to "deep" decrypt .cia with Decrypt9WIP - it won't work anyway - endless logo.

Are you spoofing access to the eShop somehow? Which firmware are you at?

What system version are you on? If you are on anything lower than 11.0.0-33U, use ctr-httpwn through the homebrew launcher to access the eShop.

Your emunand/sysnand (A9LH) is updated right?

Try importing the seed with FBI.

I solved it. Upgraded to luma. All works fine.
