Dunno if this help but...........

couldnt run this straight away on my EDGE, or after ARM7 with simcity donor either.

Needed to use ARM7 fix with donor of #2337 summon night twin age (worked for Sonic Chronicles as well)

Give this a try

Are you using R4? The same thing happened to me, just use the ARM7 fix and it'll work but somehow it interferes with WiFi Connection.

use the arm7_fix (available in the download section) to fix the wi-fi problem

follow the instructions and it should work

it won't erase your saved file btw since its only fixing the wi-fi

(and yes, swapping the ARM7 from bomberman2 does work)

i can confirm the wifi working with the bomberman 2 ARM7. that's what fixed the problem for me! ^^
