Hacking emunand for wiiware on vWii?

Trying to find a good guide to running wiiware titles thru CFG Loader or USB Loader GX on the vWii installed to emunand, or if someone can walk me thru a setup? I can use either my SD card or HDD (would probably prefer SD card for that, I've got a 32GB in there atm)...

I saw in the settings for both that the paths should be SD:\nand or usb:\nand, but after that I'm clueless.

Im using Wiiflow, what I did was:

1 extract emunand using wiiflow.
2 take your sdcard with emunand to a computer and install wads to emunand using showmiiwads.
3 back into wiiflow make sure emunand is selected on the right page and "reload cache"

the compatibility is identical. To the Wii u the emunand is a sysnand

i will have to try it out soon. i done this on my original wii and it worked great but then i used that emunand to try out on vwii and quite alot of games were crashing. so i will try a clean dump of my vwii nand
