I found something interesting. I can't connect to the internet on the stock ofw and on emummc cfw. This is fresh install of the switch and there are 90dns, exosphere, DNS MITM. but everytime when i try to connect to the internet i will get error code 2162-0002 and program 010000000000002F. Here is fatal reports log file. I tried maybe almost everything what i could. I can't do anything on my switch. Maybe i made something on ofw but i dont think so.

Fixed after 3days hard work (not that hard work) but it was all around serial number that was blanked and rewritten by xaw10000000. When i haven't had saved the backup files on notebook, than i maybe couldn't recover my serial number. I had to format sd card to exfat, because backup file was 29GB. (On exfat i was working 2years and after that i switched to fat32 and everything goes downhill) EVERYTIME BACKUP SYSNAND to know to recover your ofw firmware serialnumber etc.
Never blank your OFW serial number.
If someone doesnt have backup of switch, try finding forum of changing serial number.

I seem to be in the same predicament you were.

And, I'm pretty noob at this. Are you able to guide me step by step what did you do?
Thanks in advance.

enter airplane mode, start JKSV, make sure "Enable Writing to System Saves" is enabled in settings, find system save 00000110, title options -> open in file mode, delete penne_persistent.bin, close jksv, disable airplane mode and connect to wifi. voila!

You need to block Nintendo servers. I recommend that you use DNSmitm to do that. Instruction here: https://rentry.org/ExosphereDNSMITM

that does not solve this crash. solution provided above

Thank you so much, been trying to use CFW on a brand new switch. Had to downgrade everything (hekate, atm and firmware) but ran into this issue for 4 hours non stop, worked like a charm.

Can you explain what causes this issue? I am curious :)

(best guess) it's a system save created in 19.0.1 when the switch goes online that had a different format in older firmware versions, so when the older firmware find the save they crash when trying to read that file
Thanks for explaining :)

i maybe couldn't recover my serial number.

Never unless you have a backup of your prodinfo or one created by the blanker payload.

I had to format sd card to exfat, because backup file was 29GB
Yo do not need to format to ExFAT if your backup is 29GB you can use the Split script on the Hekate release page to create a set of files which can be used on FAT32 card.

If you blank you Console's Serial number, by example, using Incognito_RCM payload and you load a firmware equal or great than 17.0.0 new changes and behavior of the firmware will crash Atmosphère INMEDIATELY you connect to the newtwork.

To avoid that you must:
  • Restore your serial number (and may be get banned)
  • Enable Stratosphere's DNSMiTM to block communication with N servers.
  • Stay offline
May be you also will need to delete penne_persistent.bin file on 00000110 SYSTEM save, but this is not a official need.

blocking nintendo servers in the atmosphere hosts file is enough, and in case of the crash in this thread, also delete the penne_persistent.bin file. Disabling the serial number block is dumb - a crash is better than a ban in case you did something wrong.

Unfortunately, it is not working for me. Any idea?

"not working" is not a good enough troubleshooting report. sysnand or emummc? are you getting the exact same crash (2162-0002 ....2F)? Did you delete the penne_persistent.bin file? Can you still see it in your save?

its on sysnand, getting the exact same crash (error code 2162-0002)
penne_persistent.bin file deleted, still get the same error on sysnand when connected to internet.

Can you still see it in your save?
See from where? what game is 00000110?

I mean if you open the save up again in jksv, is the penne_persistent.bin file actually gone.

The error message looks like it's from OFW. are you running cfw on sysnand or emummc or both?

Confirm it is gone when reopen jksv
Sorry, the error occurred when running OFW. Playing cfw only on emummc and never online.

Which ofw version are you on?

This sounds like you've blanked your serial number in ofw. You need to unblank it.
