Hacking Emerald Version Save Corrupted on EZ 3in1..

I'm getting a weird error telling me that the save file has corrupted or been erased. I'm still halfway through the game. This happened after switching games and then switching back... is there any way to recover the save file or get it working? Help very much appreciated
