Hacking ELI5, what needs to be accomplished in the Wii U scene to achieve "installable" homebrew?

no it doesnt lol he just launched iosu from the browser wich launched emunand you can do that i never said emunand needs bootexploit for the contrary the 3ds has done that since foreveer and only recently did the 3ds got a boot exploit.

of course on wiiu you would need to use the browser exploit every single time to acess the emunand after each reset.

that was an hardmode he made, he soldered stuff directly to the wiiu chip and stuff and if you followed that back then after awhile that thing burned itself and smea said his wiiu had no salvation.

I didn't follow back in the day, but he said in the video the hard mod had nothing to do with the hack he was working on. No real reason to not believe him.

Sounds like pluto, smea and others are legit, from what I've heard. But kinda stuck up a bit. Hykem just sounds like a clown to me. Sorry, I know he did some stuff for the scene (I guess?) but he's got drama following him closer than cats to tuna.
