You should try Vitalic, for newer stuff, and Tiesto for some old-school stuff.

Get "Space Invaders are Smoking Grass" by I-F.
Solvent and Skanfrom are really good.
Suction Records or Ersatz Audio would be a good place to look.
Egyptian Lover is really sassy if you're looking for something with ridiculous vocals.
    Detroit Grand Pubahs.
I could go on for a while.
There's tons of that stuff here in Detroit.
    That should get you started.

You said robot music. I thought Kraftwerk & Gary Numan.

I never heard of any of these cats cuz I'm soooooo old!
    I'm gonna check'em out though.

..and m_babble: I never noticed the music in your sig, but yeah, way cool, I'm into that!
Inspired me to put a link to some of my less-cool-than-yours music in my sig.

nice stuff, much like pwntendo [IMG]

I think Battleman's Zero Theme is using a sample from Squarepusher - Come On My Selector...
you can see the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRRmkO42cx8

btw, I also recommend Vitalic...he's done some really nice electro house stuff, like La Rock, which is a classic

This music is kinda popular here in Belgium. I recommend Vitalic, Alter Ego, Justice, Dr. Lektroluv, Shameboy, Etienne De Crecy, Phunk-A-Delic, Erol Alkan, Miss Kittin, 2 Many DJ's, etc.
