i saw it on deal extreme, but they apparently are selling a fake, or miss labeled version of it, that doesn't have a RTC or drag and drop functions.

I have heard good things about the ORIGINAL (not the DealExtreme fake)

This is an item you'd have to find on the used market. Lucky for me I was able to snag an EZ-Flash III on ebay.
