This is one that was giving me great stress today. I have a disk for the EDUP wireless adaptor with three drivers for WinXP, Win2K and Vista. I have installed the Win2K driver and see it under hardware manager (Buffalo WLI-U2-KG54-YB) and it says device is working properly but I do not see it as an icon in the bottom right of my screen :'( .
When I go into the wireless link under control panel I only see the Infra-red port. Having worked alot with XP, I was assuming that I would see a wireless network and that I could connect to it but I don't. Am I missing something?
Can anyone advise how I can get the PC to see the wireless router via this adaptor please?
