Editing a file in the DL center breaks quotes in the description

When you edit a file in the download center, any quoted text is no longer quoted after the edit. Instead, it's just a block of text with the word "Quote" at the top of it. The only way to fix it seems to be to delete the file and re-upload.

there are a few other commands that editing "breaks" as well. I tend to re-up the entire text block in my posts rather than trying to correcting the existing text to avoid that issue.
