Hacking Edit In-Game Text Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley

Hello, I'm new here.
I want to ask you all how to edit In-game text.
I googled about it and it seems that I can't open the "resources.bin" file or even eboot.bin. Some people said that "Eboot.bin" contains the in-game text. I tried to decrypt it, but nothing I can do with it. I'm using HxD for edit the Hex, and I can't find anything related to the game.
Yes, someone in the local forum has released the translated version of this game though. But, the language is almost can't be understood. So, I decided to "do-it-myself". LOL.
Can someone help me to solve this.
Oh by the way, I'm just curious about editing game string, though.

What did you try?

I tried decrypt the Eboot using both PPSSPP's "decrypt eboot.bin" and hombrew "Iso tools", but it seems that I can't find anything related to the in-game text.
I'll try that tool.
