Hacking Edit 3DS TWL_FIRM on latest FW(hardmod) with DSi TWLTOOL?

There is a tool that is used to decrypt DSi's NAND and edit it, and there was some talk about it working on the 3DS, but no confirmation that it really does. Has anyone tried it?

I can confirm it can decrypt you twl nand on the 3ds but Decrypt9 works for that as well.

If you dump the NAND with a hardmod on 10.1.0 it will be able to decrypt it and edit it. Also if you have SudokuHax installed that actually will stay on the latest firmware too!
