what format should the ebook in and any site that you can download free ebook?
or give me some ideas on the comic book please?

The ebook should be in .txt format. You can read it in moonshell or in the r4 menu.

i see well i also saw something here something about IPK(or IP something) not sure the full name and comic book ds....i need to know the IPK thing

.ipk is for a hombrew called imageviewer, but you shouldnt need to worry about that since moonshell can view all pictures without needing to convert them to .ipk. And ComicBookDS also views images, not txt, just Google it.

I believe there's a homebrew application that allows for ebooks to be read in a similar way of how the Brain Training reading exercises work. Using moonshell to read a .txt file is a bit of a pain.

Comicbook DS reads .cbds which are converted image files.
