eBay keeps removing my listing!

Oh my God! They took down my first listing because I had a Pandora Battery in it, so I took that out and relisted it again, and then they took it down for the exact same reason! This is what I was selling:

Up for sale is a Japanese Felicia Blue PSP that has only been used once. The system is in perfect condition, it looks like it just came out of a sealed box. The original box and all documentation is included. Even though the system is from Japan, all American games and movies can be played on here, and the system language is in English. The item was adult owned in a non-smoking home. Also included in this auction is a few accessories: * 3 soft PSP cases (official Sony) * 2 official Sony chargers * 1 Felicia Blue Hori screen protector * 2 PSP wrist straps - white and Felicia blue (official Sony) * Ghostbusters UMD (box and manual included) * 1 USB cord * Felicia Blue PSP * 8 GB Memory Stick (official Sony), 4 GB Memory Stick (official Sony - not pictured), microSD to Memory Stick convertor (supports MicroSDHC) Two games in mint condition (box and manual) are included: * Marvel Nemesis * Socom 2 And 5 games which were given to me in poor condition: * Lumines * Grand Theft Auto: VIce City Stories * NHL 07 * Pilot Academy * Socom 2 I cannot guarantee these games to you, as they are in rough condition, but they have worked for me when I tested them briefly. Don't consider this part of the auction you are bidding on, but as a bonus. Also included is an empty Madden 06 case (with manual) but no game. The case can be used to store one of the games without a case. If you have any questions at all, or want me to take more pictures, please send me a question. Why did they take this off? Who can I email about this? They have now limited my account so I can't sell stuff until I take some tutorial on what not to sell or some shit like that.

You could try Craigslist, to say the least.
My guess is that they review each of the submissions, and since they now probably see it as being illegal, they take it down.

I wouldnt have taken that down thats ridiculous. On a side note (not sure here) a Japanese PSP can play American movies and games normally, without being hacked?

maby because you have LUMINES listed !? that's a game that can or could aid hacking of PSP's ?!

but .... you may of already messed up by previously posting it with the PANDORA so its automatically flagged up as ONE TO WATCH!

maby hack it back to OFW take pictures of it showing OFW in the settings (or blag using the fake/custom firmware hack eboot ..cant think of the name right now) use it and list it as original firmware showing the screenshots and list also minus LUMINES!

or get a friend or relative to list it for you

or list the psp as a single item with a couple of games and list the other games seperate

eBay are REALLY CRACKING DOWN on stuff like this lately

edit just seen that you say its not hackable doh!

but no doubt as I mentioned the LUMINES and the previous listing with PANDORA will be the issue!

@ kobykaan: I don't know why it would be Lumines, because I have sold a copy of an unpatched GTA on there and stated that it was unpatched and could be used for hacking.

I think that it is because eBay thought it was the exact same listing as the one that got taken down before. I've emailed them and now I play the waiting game.
