Hacking Easy way to swap memory cards from 1 hacked device, 1 non hacked?

My 32 gb card is being used on my PSTV which has enso henkaku on it and my 8gb is being used on an unmodded vita. Now that you can use a usb drive on the PSTV for storage I'd like to use the larger card on the unmodded vita.

What's the easiest way to go about accomplishing this?
