I would suggest waiting and see what the governator has to say, if nothing intelligent, you can always come to Uzbekistan. [IMG]

As a San Franciscan for most of my life, I'm tired of hearing about "the big one." Scientists, researchers, newscasters, and whatevers have always been saying this for the past 10 years, but who the hell cares? Anybody native to San Francisco knows that eventually a huge earthquake is going to hit. Instead of just saying there is going to be one, these so-called experts should speak up after they figure out exactly when it's going to happen. [IMG]

Edit: I am aware we do not have the technology to predict earthquakes. All I'm saying is experts should be quiet until they have something useful to report, instead of spreading unnecessary fear to Californians.

I live in Central Ontario, also known as the most boring place on the planet.

But boring is nice, it's easy on the insurance companies too I suppose.

Ever notice how the truly great places to live, will periodically try to kill you?

Here, people don't have that problem. But we also don't have a lot of crowds of people trying to come here.
