Hey,

Two thick rings looks best to me, of the available choices anyway.

I myself have 10mm holes in each lobe, a teeny 1mm in the left tragus and a 4mm in the left nipple.

I don't think I'll get anymore though, but I'll probably keep these now for ever.

::smartass:: If you get any cartilage punctured it is never permanent. It'll close up (heal) after you stop wearing jewelry in that piercing. Pretty neat stuff.

Well, I must say, I've got permission from my parents to get it done! Awesome! XD
I wasn't expecting it, Dad hates piercings.

I'm getting two thickish rings, but I don't know which ear...
