Hacking dvd videos not playing

i have 4.0 system menu, i installed dvdx via the hackmii installer 0.6,
but i haven't had success playing a normal dvd video with mplayer tt or mplayer ce.
any clues?

I don't think the various media players have been updated to work with DVDX v2. It has a different channel ID.

If you install MPlayer CE's IOS202, it will enable DVD reading the same way DVDX did.
