Hardware DVD sleeve for GBA collection?

So I've completed my complete collection of "backups" of GBA roms. I was going to burn them to DVD to file them away and was wondering if anyone knows of a site that has pre-made DVD case-sized sleeves ready for printing?

http://www.advanscene.com/ and http://www.retrocovers.com/ (formerly home to ADVANsCEne although I believe GBA got moved with it) has a bunch.

There was also a thread about 8 months ago with the same question, I think some covers were even made for it then.
