Hacking Dumping saves from real DS carts

Is there a current method or way to dump game saves off of a real game cart?
I know there are ways to dump real carts to a clean rom, but does it dump the save as well?

i've always wondered, can you put the saves back on a cart? Say i play the rom for a while, get the save, and put it back on the cart when i run out of CF card room, can i continue my game?

Yes, REIN allows for transfering saves both ways, but you may need to alter the save first before loading it onto the original card.

As stop loading said, use Rein unless you own a G6, which has its own built-in save transfer system.
