How could I dump the NAND from an Old 3DS XL on 3.1.0-6E? I have the European version of Cubic Ninja and Ocarina of Time.

Well, not sure on cubic ninja or oot3d, but I do know of the browser exploit that was used in 2.1 for OTP dumping and to boot decrypt9, I've asked and it's possible possible to port to 3.x so with a little work you could dump the NAND

Samu is there a tutorial how i can port it over to 3.1.0 6E my browser is working just fine on my OLD 3DS XL , i just need a modified version to boot up decrypt 9

That is your only option to get to 4.x and then get to 2.1

Thats what Samus3 is Saying so it should be possible to Port it to 3.x
