hi, i have some retail games i want to back up.
now, i read that if you back up a game using a cios (e.g. via a usb loader) then it is not a correct dump. (but you still get the game)
i read something that because it using a cios read the game differently, it rips differently (aka. bad) as well, is this true? and if i dump via sd using some homebrew app, would that be a 'perfect backup' (like a scene rip).
i know HOW to back up, just, i want good backups

thank you!

Google 'super dump v2 wii' It's an app that gives you a full retail game dump to either SD or USB. Just make sure you've got at least 4.7GB free space

I don't really know about rev15, sorry. I still use rev14 because of rev15's buggy disc loading(I use it to load MPT DVD5)
